"Seven o' clock" was a really interesting story to read because it deals with a different kind of writing. One that you don't see that often and that is really hard to pull off. It's a stream of consciousness that combines events of the real world, of things that everyone experiences on their daily life, and a romantic tone. It is about what goes on in this speaker's head as he walks on the street. The streetlights, the people he encounters, the scenarios that occur, the cars that drive by, the time, and his thoughts about a girl he seems to fancy a lot. And you find out at the end that he is going on a date and that he is very early. The thing that is great of this story is that you can actually follow the flow of the story and understand that it is his mind. It is not pointless or a ramble, rather we see a history by his thoughts, we understand a bit of who he is, and the people that are in his life.
